Some of the nation's top cowboys are coming to Elk City for the 1st Annual Justin McBride PBR Enterprise rent-a car Tour Challenge presented by Barber-Dyson-Ford. Justin McBride, PBR Champion and hometown boy will host his 1st annual PBR challenge Friday, May 30 & Saturday, May 31, 2008 at the Beutler Brothers Arena in Elk City.
Top ranked cowboys and some of the meanest bulls around from Beutler and Sons Stock Contractors will match up to see who can go eight seconds and win thousands of dollars and points towards the PBR Finals in Las Vegas in November.
McBride has been on the PBR's elite Built Ford Tough Series presented by Wrangler for the past eight years. In 2005 McBride earned his first PBR World Championship title. Now halfway though the PBR's 2008 Built Ford Tough Series season, McBride is the number one ranked bull rider in the world, seemingly on his way to a second PBR World Championship title and he tops the all time PBR career earnings list with $3,413,438 to date.
